AC/DC and Stereophonics are being tipped as the headliners at next year's Big Day Out Festival by metal bible Kerrang! magazine.
Both bands have met recently and Stereophonics are unashamed fans of the Aussie (and part Geordie) hard rockers and are seen by many as the ideal headliners to follow this year's Metallica/Marilyn Manson double header at Milton Keynes Bowl.
The line-up will not be confirmed until next year.
